Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
The only time I offer a refund is if for some reason we cannot coordinate a time to meet. If you need to cancel a class you must let me know 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule the lesson for a later date, but if you are consistently canceling (more than 3 times), we can no longer work together. No-shows do not get refunded.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing, you'll receive a link to my calendar to schedule a lesson. After scheduling, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a Zoom link. Save your e-mail so you can enter class on time. Be sure to check for Zoom updates and download the app if you don't already have it to ensure you don't lose time during class. If you show up late, you will lose precious minutes of your lesson.
Can I purchase lessons more than once?
